Volunteering in Orwetowen

Civic service volunteers are sent on a regular basis, for a period of 6 to 12 months. They support the local volunteers by bringing new ideas (in terms of activities, organization…). They help Peri Naua in its functioning: search for sponsors, update the website…

Also, the association often receives volunteers, who contact us with the intention of helping out for a few weeks. Most of the time, they are travelers in Namibia.

Peri Naua also welcomes student projects. For example, in 2012 and 2018, construction students renovated the school’s buildings and built housing for future volunteers.
